Choose Your Destination Market
Two markets, two compliance paths — start with yours
Power limits, certification routes, duty structures and service expectations differ sharply between North America and the EU. Pick your market first, and we will only show you configurations that are actually sellable there.

Product Platforms
Three Platforms, Nine Configurations, One Shared Architecture
Platforms share the same battery architecture, display protocol, wiring harness and BMS — fewer spare parts for you, and a reference architecture that every proposed variation is assessed against before quotation.

Urban Platform
Everyday commuting and city mobility — the volume foundation of any e-bike line.
Not the right fit for: Riders looking for off-road capability, or markets where a throttle is mandatory in the EU.
- Basic: 500W rear hub (US) / 250W (EU) · 48V 15Ah
- Performance: 500W high-torque hub (US) / 250W 50Nm (EU) · 48V 20Ah
- Premium: 750W (US Class 2/3) / 250W mid-drive (EU) · 48V 20Ah premium cells

Cargo & Utility Platform
Family transport, small-business delivery and heavy-duty utility work — the fastest-growing e-bike segment in both the US and the EU.
Not the right fit for: Buyers who only need a single low-cost unit, or programmes without a local service setup.
- Basic: 750W hub (US) / 250W (EU) · 48V 20Ah
- Performance: 750W high-torque (US) / 250W 80Nm mid-drive (EU) · 48V 20Ah premium cells
- Premium: 1000W (US, off-road/class-dependent) / 250W mid-drive (EU) · Dual 48V battery, 40Ah total

Adventure / Fat Tire Platform
Beach, trail, RV and outdoor lifestyle — high visual impact and strong social content potential.
Not the right fit for: EU programmes that must stay inside standard 250 W / 25 km/h EPAC rules.
- Basic: 750W · 48V 20Ah
- Performance: 1000W · 52V 20Ah
- Premium: Dual motor 1000W × 2 · Dual battery 48V 40Ah+
Cargo · First Priority
Cargo is not one bike — it is three different businesses
Family transport, last-mile delivery and rental fleets need completely different payload, range and service designs. Choose the route and we configure to it.
Family & passenger
Brands and dealers
- Rated payload and brake performance with passengers
- Child-seat and passenger interfaces
- Stable kickstand, step-through frame, full lighting set
- First-order spare-parts pack included
Light commercial delivery
Regional delivery and retail operators
- Real-world range under load
- Cargo-box and rack interface options
- Component protection and fast roadside servicing
- Dual-battery ready for multi-shift duty
Rental & fleet
City operators and rental companies
- Durability specification for high utilisation
- Fleet telemetry and GPS readiness
- Locked BOM so every batch is identical
- Serviceable loom and spare-part SLA
Why Brands Work With Us
The Difference Is Not the Bike — It Is Who Controls It
Most suppliers quote you a model and stop at FOB. We manage the BOM, the engineering changes, the certification path and your landed cost.
Engineering, Not Just Sourcing
We own the BOM. Cells, BMS, controller and charger brands are specified and locked — any change requires a written engineering change notice approved by you.
Low MOQ, Real Numbers
50 units for private label on an existing platform. You validate the market before committing to a container.
Landed Cost Transparency
We quote FOB and also model your duty, freight and fees so you know the real cost before you commit. Most suppliers stop at FOB.
Evidence Status, Model by Model
We tell you exactly which model holds which record, and whether it is a test report or a listed certification. Eligible variations are assessed against the reference architecture before quotation — never assumed.
Own Factory, Own BOM
We are an integrated manufacturer and exporter. Assembly, testing and packing run on our own line in Huizhou, and the BOM is ours to control — not bought in from whoever is cheapest that month.
After-Sales That Scales
Spare-parts package shipped with the first order, plus a parts matrix, service manuals and video diagnostics for your workshop.
From Brief to Shipment
A Process You Can Plan Around
Brief & Market Fit
You tell us the target market, use case, price band and volume. We confirm which platform fits and flag any regulatory constraints.
Configuration & Cost Target
We propose 2–3 configurations with BOM-level cost, landed-cost estimate including duties, and a recommended MSRP band.
Sample Build
One or two samples built to the agreed configuration with your branding applied. Shipped for your evaluation.
Testing & Certification
We run or extend the required testing (UL 2849, EN 15194, battery transport) and hand over the documentation set.
First Production Run
Production under a locked BOM and engineering change control, with in-process QC and a golden sample retained for both sides.
Delivery & After-Sales
Shipment, spare-parts package, service documentation and a parts matrix so your workshop can support the product locally.
Inside the Programme
A Factory You Can Actually Audit
Our own facility in Huizhou, photographed September 2026 — build floor, packing bays and sample showroom. No stock photography and no renders: a buyer who has audited a Chinese factory can spot borrowed imagery immediately, so we don't use any.
The walkthrough below is the facility's own footage of the same floor. Silent — put it on and judge the floor for yourself.

Export packing bay
Cartons staged under a DO NOT LAY FLAT instruction before container loading.

Carton specification
Export cartons are print-specified in English with fragile and orientation marks.

Wheel and hub stock
Assembled wheel sets held pre-build so motor and rim batches stay matched.

Packing station
Finished units wrapped, cushioned and palletised by the shipping crew.

Assembly and test floor
Work benches, parts racks and test area on the build floor in Huizhou.

Showroom
Sample line kept on site for buyer visits and video audits.
Facility walkthrough
Build floor to showroom · 2 minutes 10 seconds · silent, no voice-over
Full-resolution originals and a live video call available on request
Factory audits — in person or by live video — are welcome before you commit to a production order. Site visit arrangements and NDA handling are part of the planning call, not an afterthought.
What You Get Back
Get a 48-hour launch plan
Tell us your market, use case and volume. Within two working days you receive a one-page feasibility plan from our sales and engineering team — not an acknowledgement email.
- Recommended platform and configuration tier
- Destination compliance boundary — what is confirmed, what is still open
- Sample and first-production timeline
- Key assumptions behind your landed-cost model
- Indicative MSRP range for your channel
- Open risks and a proposed next-call agenda
No charge, no obligation. We would rather qualify a project properly than quote a number we cannot hold.
Project Assurance
Market access is a planning step, not a slogan. We run a market-specific configuration review before quotation, lock the BOM, and prepare the documentation set with you — evidence status is stated model by model, never as a blanket claim.
