We Build Yours.
Huizhou Jinruixiang Technology Co., Ltd. is an e-bike manufacturer and exporter. Our own factory is in Huizhou, Guangdong, and the same company runs the export desk — so specification, production, QC, certification paperwork and shipping all sit with one outfit rather than being passed down a chain of middlemen. Our customers are brands, dealers and fleet operators in the United States and Europe who know what they want to sell and need someone to engineer, certify and build it.
Our Own Factory, Our Own BOM
We are a manufacturer, not a broker. Bikes are assembled, tested and packed on our own line in Huizhou, under our own incoming, in-process and final inspection. Being the party that builds the product also means the BOM is ours to control: cells, BMS, controller and charger are specified by us at brand and model level, and nothing gets substituted behind your back.
The export side sits in the same company — engineering, documentation, certification files, customs paperwork and freight. That is what an integrated manufacturer and exporter (工贸一体) buys you: one point of responsibility from first drawing to delivered container, instead of a trading company relaying answers from a factory you never get to audit.
The practical difference for you: if a component supplier fails, the product does not disappear. The BOM, the tooling and the documentation stay with us.

What We Actually Do
Product definition
We translate a market opportunity into a configuration: motor, battery, brake, geometry, price band and use case — with the trade-offs written down.
BOM ownership
Cells, BMS, controller and charger are specified at brand and model level. Any substitution requires an engineering change notice approved by the customer.
Supplier management
Frame, battery, motor, controller, brake and assembly are sourced from separate audited suppliers, so no single factory controls the product.
Quality system
Incoming inspection, in-process checks, final inspection and a retained golden sample per configuration.
Certification management
UL 2849, EN 15194, battery transport and EU battery regulation documentation prepared and maintained as a living document set.
After-sales engineering
Parts matrix, service manuals, video diagnostics and a spare-parts package shipped with the first order.
Where We Are Building
We are deliberately narrow. Three platforms, two target markets, one model: help a small number of customers build products that sell, then grow with them.
United States
Primary market. Private label, dealer brands, fleet and rental. Cargo & Utility and Adventure fat tire are the strongest openings. K10 · SU8 · R700 Pro are held in US local warehouse stock for 3–7 day fulfilment.
Europe
ODM for established brands and importers, with non-China frame and assembly options for duty-sensitive programmes. The same models are held in EU local warehouse stock.
United Kingdom
Assessed case by case under the UK trade remedies regime.
