Most e-bike projects do not fail on price — they fail on rework: a configuration that cannot be sold in the destination, or a change that quietly invalidates the evidence. This page explains how we prevent both.
What can be sold where
Power limits, assistance classes and system-safety requirements are set by the destination, not by the factory. Here is the starting point for each market — final scope is confirmed per project.
North America (US / CA)

Import duties are paid by the importer of record. We model them into your landed-cost estimate rather than quoting FOB only.

Anti-dumping and countervailing duties apply to China-origin e-bikes. Non-China frame and assembly options are available for EU programmes.
Evidence status, stated model by model
A test report is not the same as a listed certification, and neither covers a variant that was never assessed. We do not use the word “certified” unless it is verifiable — so the table below is deliberately specific.

Which changes trigger a new assessment
This is the table that prevents the expensive surprise. It is the same one we use internally when we review your requested configuration.
