OEM / ODM Programme
From Concept to Production —
Without Committing to a Container
Most factories ask you for 200 units and a specification sheet. We start with your market, build a configuration around a cost target, and let you validate with 50.
Three Entry Points
Start with a Platform
Brands and dealers who want to move fast
Pick one of our three platforms, choose a configuration tier, and apply your brand. Fastest route from idea to first shipment.
- MOQ
- MOQ 50 units (mixed tiers within one platform)
- Lead time
- Sample 7–15 days · Production 35–45 days
- Fees
- No development fee for platform configurations
Customize a Model
Customers with a clear product in mind
Change frame colour, decals, logo, battery capacity, motor, display, saddle and packaging. Every proposed change is assessed against the reference architecture before quotation.
- MOQ
- MOQ 50 units (colour / logo) · 100 units (component changes)
- Lead time
- Sample 15–25 days · Production 35–50 days
- Fees
- One-off plate charge for logo and packaging — quoted with your configuration
Develop from Scratch
Brands building a differentiated product
Full ODM: market positioning, configuration, cost target, prototype, testing, certification and production.
- MOQ
- MOQ 100–200 units for first production run
- Lead time
- Prototype 30–60 days · Production 45–60 days
- Fees
- Development (NRE) quoted per scope and itemised before you commit
How a Project Actually Runs
Brief & Market Fit
You tell us the target market, use case, price band and volume. We confirm which platform fits and flag any regulatory constraints.
Configuration & Cost Target
We propose 2–3 configurations with BOM-level cost, landed-cost estimate including duties, and a recommended MSRP band.
Sample Build
One or two samples built to the agreed configuration with your branding applied. Shipped for your evaluation.
Testing & Certification
We run or extend the required testing (UL 2849, EN 15194, battery transport) and hand over the documentation set.
First Production Run
Production under a locked BOM and engineering change control, with in-process QC and a golden sample retained for both sides.
Delivery & After-Sales
Shipment, spare-parts package, service documentation and a parts matrix so your workshop can support the product locally.
What You Get
- Platform or model configuration proposal with BOM-level costing
- Locked BOM: cells, BMS, controller and charger specified by brand and model
- Engineering change control — no component swap without written approval
- Your logo, frame colour, decals, display boot screen and packaging
- Sample build with your branding applied
- Certification documentation set and, where applicable, extending existing test reports
- Incoming, in-process and final QC with a retained golden sample
- Spare-parts package, parts matrix, service manuals and video diagnostics
What We Don't Do
Saying this out loud costs us some enquiries. It also means the ones we keep are built to last.
- Parts-only shipment structured to avoid customs classification — we do not offer this
- Third-country transshipment to disguise origin — we do not offer this
- Claims of certification we cannot evidence in a certifier database
- Consumer-facing retail sales under our own brand — we are B2B only
Commercial Terms, Up Front
These are the three things buyers usually have to ask before they can compare suppliers. We publish them so you can decide whether we fit before spending a week in email.
Incoterms & shipping
- Standard term
- FOB Shenzhen (Yantian / Shekou)
- Also available
- EXW for your own forwarder · DDP to US and EU warehouses on request
- Who books freight
- You, or we arrange it and bill at cost with the carrier invoice attached
- Duties & taxes
- Paid by the importer of record. We model them before you commit — see the landed-cost estimator.
Samples & tooling
- Sample cost
- Charged at production cost plus a build fee, and credited against your first production order of 50 units or more.
- Sample lead time
- 7–25 days depending on whether the platform is already tooled
- Tooling & moulds
- Quoted separately and itemised. Owned by you once paid in full; we hold and maintain them for your programme.
- Engineering changes
- No component substitution after BOM lock without your written approval.
Payment & IP
- Standard payment
- 30% deposit with the order, 70% balance against bill of lading
- For new accounts
- T/T or Letter of Credit at sight for container volumes
- Your IP
- Your logo, decals, colourway and display assets are used for your programme only and never shown in our public catalogue.
- Territorial exclusivity
- Discussable per market once you reach agreed annual volume.
Why This Is Different
Engineering, Not Just Sourcing
We own the BOM. Cells, BMS, controller and charger brands are specified and locked — any change requires a written engineering change notice approved by you.
Low MOQ, Real Numbers
50 units for private label on an existing platform. You validate the market before committing to a container.
Landed Cost Transparency
We quote FOB and also model your duty, freight and fees so you know the real cost before you commit. Most suppliers stop at FOB.
Evidence Status, Model by Model
We tell you exactly which model holds which record, and whether it is a test report or a listed certification. Eligible variations are assessed against the reference architecture before quotation — never assumed.
Own Factory, Own BOM
We are an integrated manufacturer and exporter. Assembly, testing and packing run on our own line in Huizhou, and the BOM is ours to control — not bought in from whoever is cheapest that month.
After-Sales That Scales
Spare-parts package shipped with the first order, plus a parts matrix, service manuals and video diagnostics for your workshop.
Know Your Real Cost Before You Commit
A FOB price on its own tells you very little. Duty on a China-origin e-bike entering the United States is currently in the region of 40–50%, and EU trade measures on China-origin e-bikes remain in force. Both are paid by the importer of record — usually you.
We model duty, freight and fees alongside the unit price so you can price your retail proposition properly. If volume justifies it, we can also discuss alternative-origin production.
See how market access is preparedLanded Cost Estimator
An indicative model, not a quote. Duty rates verified September 2026 and subject to change; final figures depend on classification and the policy in force at entry.
- FOB unit price
- $650
- Ocean freight & inland delivery (est.)
- $130
- Import duty (45% indicative)
- $293
- Customs fees & handling
- $3
- Estimated landed cost / unit
- $1,076
Duties are paid by the importer of record. Semi-knocked-down shipments do not change the customs classification of a complete vehicle. For EU programmes we work with non-China frame and assembly options.
Inside the Programme
A Factory You Can Actually Audit
Our own facility in Huizhou, photographed September 2026 — build floor, packing bays and sample showroom. No stock photography and no renders: a buyer who has audited a Chinese factory can spot borrowed imagery immediately, so we don't use any.
The walkthrough below is the facility's own footage of the same floor. Silent — put it on and judge the floor for yourself.

Export packing bay
Cartons staged under a DO NOT LAY FLAT instruction before container loading.

Carton specification
Export cartons are print-specified in English with fragile and orientation marks.

Wheel and hub stock
Assembled wheel sets held pre-build so motor and rim batches stay matched.

Packing station
Finished units wrapped, cushioned and palletised by the shipping crew.

Assembly and test floor
Work benches, parts racks and test area on the build floor in Huizhou.

Showroom
Sample line kept on site for buyer visits and video audits.
Facility walkthrough
Build floor to showroom · 2 minutes 10 seconds · silent, no voice-over
Full-resolution originals and a live video call available on request
Factory audits — in person or by live video — are welcome before you commit to a production order. Site visit arrangements and NDA handling are part of the planning call, not an afterthought.
Send Us a Brief, Not a Spec Sheet
A paragraph about your market, your customer and your target retail price is enough for us to come back with a platform recommendation and a configuration proposal.
